Yes, as a charming hotel in the Lüneburger Heide , we offer flexible conference rooms in various sizes - for small meetings, medium-sized seminars or large events with up to
200 people. All rooms are equipped with modern facilities and are individually prepared according to your requirements.

What technology is available?

Our conference rooms are equipped with modern standard technology. Additional equipment can be booked on request. Included as standard: 1 projector, 1 screen, 1 flipchart, 1 pin board, 1 headset or microphone, free WiFi and access to 200 free parking spaces.
Additional equipment (optionally bookable): Presenter's case, additional pinboards, additional flipcharts, additional headset, additional microphone.

What do conferences cost?

Our attractive conference packages start from €54 per person and can be flexibly adapted to your individual requirements.
Exemplary packages:

Can I organize private parties or weddings?

Yes, in our hotel in the Lüneburger Heide you can organize both private celebrations and dream weddings individually.
Our light-flooded atrium offers the ideal setting for larger parties - with space for up to 200 people.
For smaller occasions such as birthdays, christenings or anniversaries, our cozy winter garden is particularly suitable, offering space for up to 50 people. Whether menu, buffet, decoration or overnight stay - we will be happy to advise you and create a tailor-made overall package.

What supporting programs or events can be booked for conferences and events?

In addition to the actual conference, we offer numerous opportunities to enrich your stay at our hotel in the Lüneburger Heide with a suitable supporting program or to strengthen team cohesion. The use of our mini golf course is already included in the conference packages. In addition, you can book various activities individually - for example a sociable
barbecue evening (with or without a chef), an exclusive gin tasting with selected varieties, an exciting canoe tour or a guided bike tour through the picturesque Lüneburger Heide. Sporting team events such as a volleyball tournament, an outdoor game of boules, badminton, an entertaining billiards evening
