Last night, a fire broke out in the basement of our building in Asendorf.
Thanks to the fire department’s swift response, all guests and staff were evacuated quickly. Several people underwent medical examinations as a precaution. Our thoughts are with everyone affected—we are in close contact with them and are providing support wherever we can.
Some of our guests were accommodated in alternative lodgings in coordination with local authorities. Others were able to make their own way home.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. We are working closely and transparently with the relevant authorities.
Due to the current situation, our office is currently only available by phone on a limited basis. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you contact us via email whenever possible.
