1. services and prices
-The prices quoted are final prices per room or person and include all taxes and charges, unless otherwise stated in the price list.
- Special agreements that extend the scope of services must be confirmed in writing by the hotel in order to be legally binding.
- Prices may vary and are binding at the time of booking. A subsequent adjustment based on offer prices is excluded.
2 Booking and payment
- A legally binding contract is concluded when the guest makes a booking. The applicant is liable for all participants named in the booking.
- Payment is usually made on site, unless otherwise agreed. For larger group bookings or events, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of insufficient creditworthiness of the guest or to demand advance payments.
3 Cancellation conditions
- Single overnight stay: Cancellation free of charge is possible until 18:00 on the day of arrival. After that the full price will be charged.
- Multiple nights and arrangements: Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 7 days before arrival. After that the full price will be charged.
- Group bookings (4 rooms or more):
- Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival: free of charge.
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the room price.
- Up to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the room price.
- Events:
- Up to 8 weeks prior to the event: free of charge.
- Up to 3 weeks before the event: 25% of the expected total turnover.
- Up to 1 week before the event: 50% of the expected total turnover.
- Within 6 days or in case of no-show: 100% of the expected total turnover.
- Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed in writing by the hotel in order to be valid.
4. number of participants for group bookings and events
- The guest/organizer is obliged to inform the hotel of the final number of participants at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
- A reduction in the number of participants of more than 10% after this deadline may result in an additional charge.
5 Liability
- The hotel is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For other damages, the hotel is liable up to a maximum of three times the travel price, unless the damages are based on a breach of essential contractual obligations.
- The guest is obliged to cooperate immediately in the event of service disruptions and to inform the hotel thereof. Later complaints cannot be considered.
- The guest is responsible for his/her personal belongings. The hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage unless caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the hotel.
6 Limitation of claims
- Claims against the hotel must be asserted in writing within one month of the contractually agreed end of the service. The limitation period is 6 months from the contractual end of the service.
7. use of company logos as reference
- By booking and using our conference rooms, the business customer agrees that the hotel may use the customer's company logo for reference purposes in marketing materials. Should the customer not wish this, a written notification is required.
8. final provisions
- Amendments or additions to the contract, the acceptance of the application or these terms and conditions must be made in writing. Unilateral amendments or additions by the guest are invalid.
- The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court of the accommodation provider in Lüneburg.
- We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid possible cancellation costs.
